Multi-system outdoor units are installed on specially designed platforms, so no noise is generated in the flats. Hot water supply is provided by autonomous electric water heaters “Ariston” (Italy). The automatic fire alarm system is set up in the parking lot; all the floors in the apartments are equipped with fire hydrants.

The construction of our complex began on 1st of October 2017. and the completion of construction is planned for June 2019.
