Construction of the hotel was completed 01.07.2015.godine. During the construction were used all standards that four star hotel provides for one constuction. From the Ministry of Tourism, this The Hotel is categorized as small four-star hotel. However, Ministry has recognized and wholeheartedly supported this project, realizing the importance of the small hotels in Montenegrin economy and tourism.

In order to improve energy efficiency, we have invested resources in the installation of solar panels and solar collectors, which has been improved the environmental and power efficiency, in our object. Which helped us  to expand our offer and energy and environmental awareness as well.

Hotel has 13 high class rooms, located on four floors, with the sea view, 9 out of 13 rooms are double rooms with extra beds and 4 studios.

The surfaces of the floors have the following values:

 

First underground commercial space tourism area of ​​216 m2,
Second ground floor, commercial space tourism area of ​​146 m2,
Third first floor, commercial space tourism area of ​​153 m2,
4th second floor, commercial space tourism area of ​​153 m2,
