Skadar Lake is one of the National Parks of Montenegro.
The tour starts at 10.00. The trip to the lake will last one hour. You will have 3 photo breaks.
When you arrive to the lake you will visit the Museum of Flora and Fauna, and after that you will go to the boat and start a trip on the lake (2 hours).
Cruise on the Skadar Lake – is a unique opportunity for you to see the fortress and numerous Orthodox monasteries and churches located on the picturesque islands called Mountain Hills. While cruising , you will be able to see the Turkish fortress Lesandro, the River Moraca, Vranin, the monastery Kom, the ancient head of Montenegro – Zabljak Crnojevic, the famous ancient settlements Karuc and Dodosi.
The Skadar Lake National Park has more than 280 bird species, which makes up more than half of all species in Europe. Many of them are rare and endangered species, and the most famous are cowhide pelican, gray, white and yellow fawn.
While cruising, tourists will be offered with white and black home-made wine, homemade cheese, pancakes with honey. And tourists will have a chance to swim in the lake. At the end of the trip, you will have a delicious lunch in the Jezero restaurant.
